Meet the Chef Behind the Magic

Karisa Minchue

Karisa Minchue – Founder & Culinary Alchemist of Fabled Feast

For me, food has always been more than fuel, it’s storytelling.

Every dish tells a tale, every flavor unlocks a memory, and every shared meal is a chance to connect.

That belief has guided me since I first stepped into a professional kitchen at 17.

With over 15 years of experience, I’ve turned that passion into Fabled Feast—a business that blends imagination, hospitality, and soul-crafted cuisine. I’ve cooked across the West, from the vibrant food scene of Los Angeles to the welcoming communities of Reno, Sparks, and Lake Tahoe. Along the way, I’ve poured my heart into weddings, private dinners, pop-ups, meal prep, and more.

What sets me apart isn’t just the food—it’s the experience. Let's craft immersive events with themed menus, magical memories together.

That’s the heart of Fabled Feast: creating experiences that feel enchanting, personal, and full of soul. From whimsical dinners under the stars to thoughtfully prepared meal boxes, I bring devotion to quality, beauty, and storytelling.

This isn’t just my business—it’s my calling.

so, what KIND OF fable do you want TO CREATE?

Help Bring More Magic to Fabled Feast

After dedicating years to feeding others and crafting unforgettable culinary moments, I found myself at a crossroads, an unexpected injury cost me both my livelihood and my role supporting veterans through food. But instead of giving up, I chose to rebuild.

Fabled Feast is more than a business, it’s a comeback story. A second chance to turn passion into purpose, and to create something magical for my community through storytelling, flavor, and care.

Your support means everything. Every dollar raised goes toward essential startup needs: kitchen rental, equipment, food costs, and the licensing that will help Fabled Feast take its first real steps.

Let’s make this dream a reality—one feast at a time.

With gratitude,
Karisa Minchue
